These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit or purchase from the DXI STUDIO website. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Store use

Submitting payment does not guarantee that an order can be fulfilled. We may cancel or limit an order for reasons including inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or other legitimate operational issues. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Checkout is processed through Stripe or another payment service identified at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other required charges are shown during checkout when available.

5. Shipping

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows shown on the site or at checkout are estimates and may change. Delivery timing can be affected by carriers, weather, address issues, peak periods, or events outside our control. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Physical-item purchases are generally final sale. We do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, personal preference, or minor handmade variations that were disclosed in the product description. This does not limit applicable rights for damaged, defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed, canceled, or unfulfilled orders.
