How much is U.S. shipping?
Orders under $25 are $5.99, orders $25–$49.99 are $8.99, and orders $50+ ship free.
Can I request a specific Blind Box design?
If a listing accepts style preferences, you can share your preferred design. Preferences are considered when available but are not guaranteed unless the product page explicitly says otherwise.
Will handmade pieces look exactly identical?
Small differences in color, texture, shape, or finish can happen with handmade or hand-finished items. Those variations are part of the character of the piece.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Physical-item sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, but damaged, defective, incorrect or unfulfilled orders are handled as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Contact DXI STUDIO promptly with your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can review the order and available resolution.
Are squishies suitable for young children?
Squishies and small collectible accessories are not suitable for children under 3 years old. Always follow the age guidance and safety notes shown on the product page.
