All purchases at DXI Studio are final. We do not accept returns or exchangesΒ
unless the item received is defective or damaged due to a product quality issue.Β
If you believe your item has a quality defect, please contact us within 7 daysΒ
of delivery at contact@dxistudio.com with photos of the item and your orderΒ
details, and we will do our best to make it right.

DELIVERED ORDERS
We are unable to take responsibility for orders marked as "Delivered" by USPSΒ
or other carriers. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, it isΒ
considered received. If you have concerns, we recommend checking with yourΒ
local post office or neighbors, and filing a claim directly with the carrier.

RETURNED PACKAGES
If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect addressΒ
provided at checkout, we will issue a refund for the order total only.Β
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS β UNITED STATES
We use USPS for all domestic orders within the United States. Orders areΒ
typically shipped within 2 business days and are estimated to arrive withinΒ
7 business days.
If your order has not been delivered within 14 days of shipment, we will issueΒ
a full refund. You are not required to return the order even if it arrivesΒ
after the refund has been processed.

For international orders outside of the United States, if your order has notΒ
arrived within 45 days of shipment, we will issue a full refund. You are notΒ
